Hands-on coaching for pitchers who want live instruction and a real plan for the days in between.

In-person lessons on a cadence that fits her schedule, plus structured at-home workouts, video feedback, and ongoing support, so the work from each lesson actually carries over instead of fading before the next one.

If Your Pitcher Wants...

  • does best with live feedback but also needs structure between sessions

  • struggles to remember what to work on after lessons

  • needs accountability with at-home work

  • wants more support than lesson-only training provides

  • is serious about building more consistent progress over time

  • is local to the Atlanta area and able to attend weekly lessons

FAQ's

How often is the in-person lesson?

It depends on her. Some hybrid families train in person every week, others every other week. We set the cadence together on our first call, based on her goals, her schedule, and how far you are from me. The at-home structure fills the days in between either way.

How far do families travel for the in-person part?

Hybrid works best for families within reasonable driving distance of the Atlanta area. If you're farther out, remote coaching is likely the better fit, and we can talk through that on the call.

Do we need any special equipment for the at-home work?

No special equipment needed. I'll work with whatever space and equipment you have and build the workouts around it. At a minimum, she needs a ball and something to throw into. I can suggest tools if you're interested.

How is hybrid different from remote or in-person only?

It's not better or worse, it's a different fit. Hybrid is for the pitcher who wants hands-on lessons AND a real plan for the rest of the week. If she's far from Atlanta, remote is the move. If a weekly lesson on its own is enough, in-person only may be the fit. The free call is how we figure out which one matches your pitcher.
