Do I need any special equipment for remote training?

No special equipment is needed! I’ll work with whatever space and equipment you have available, customizing your program to fit your resources. At the very least, you need a ball and something to throw into! I can suggest tools to help if you are interested.

How does video analysis work?

Simply record your pitching sessions and send them to me. I’ll provide detailed feedback on your mechanics, offering adjustments and drills to perfect your technique. Through analysis software, I can provide visual adjustments to help.

If I live in Atlanta, can I do both in person and online training?

Absoluetly! Apply as normal and we will discuss what that looks like for your program.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes! My remote training can be tailored for any skill level, from beginners learning the basics to advanced athletes refining their techniques.

What happens if I need extra help on a specific skill?

Just reach out! I’m available for additional video reviews or guidance as needed to ensure you’re getting the support you need to succeed.

What technology is required?

At the absolute minimum, you will need a smartphone for video recording and communicating with me. A Pocket Radar definitely helps us see measurable progress, but it is not required.
