Spin is the hardest thing to feel and the easiest thing to fake. Monica Abbott's trainer shows her instantly whether the ball is really doing what she thinks it is.

V-Flex Strikezone Target

Command doesn't come from aiming harder, it comes from giving her eyes a real target. This is the zone we throw to in my lessons, and it changes how quickly girls learn to hit spots.

Change Circle

Most changeups fail because the grip never gets comfortable. This is the tool I hand a girl the day we start building her change, and it shortcuts weeks of frustration.

BP Zones Strikezone Target

A great at-home zone for girls who practice in the backyard or garage. If your pitcher trains between lessons, this is how she practices with a purpose instead of just throwing.
